We had a pleasant stay at this medium-sized hotel. The staff was friendly and accommodating. They provided us with all the information we needed to explore the city. Moreover, the hotel is located in a convenient location which made it easy for us to avail public transportation. The breakfast was decent, with a good variety of options. The room was comfortable and offered all the basic amenities needed for a pleasant stay. the location was perfect, making it easy for me to access all the key attractions in the city on foot. I also appreciated the friendly staff who were always willing to help with any queries.
The breakfast was not up to par and lacked variety. having to wait and get my room checked before leaving was not a nice customer experience.
